Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. This is not about perfection or restriction. We focus on a whole food, plant-forward approach inspired by Blue Zones, but everything is designed to fit into your real life—including dining out, travel, and social events. The goal is progress, not perfection.

What is included in the Health Inventory?
The Health Inventory is a comprehensive, guided reflection that helps you assess where you are today across key areas of your life—nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, stress, relationships, and more. It allows us to create a plan that is truly personalized and aligned with your goals.
What is Function Health and why is it included?
Function Health is a comprehensive lab testing platform that provides deep insight into your biomarkers (inflammation, metabolic health, hormones, and more). It allows us to move beyond guesswork and make more informed, personalized decisions about your health.
What is a DEXA scan and do I have to do it?
A DEXA Scan measures body composition (muscle mass, body fat, and bone density). It’s an incredibly helpful baseline tool, but it’s not required—you can still fully benefit from coaching without it.
How much time do I need to commit?
The programs are designed to fit into your life—not take it over.
Group resets involve simple daily habits and short check-ins
1:1 coaching sessions are scheduled at your convenience
Most clients spend 30–60 minutes a day intentionally focusing on their health
What kind of results can I expect?

Do I need to be local to participate?

What if I travel or have a busy schedule during the program?

Is this a weight loss program?
The focus is on overall health, longevity, and how you feel. Many clients naturally experience weight loss as a result of consistent habits, but it is not the primary goal.
