Breakfast Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
2 T Chia
3/4 C Water
1/3 C Cashews
3 Fresh, pitted dates
Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Directions:
Soak Chia in water for 15 minutes. In a blender, combine the chia with the rest of the ingredients, except the blueberries. Blend until smooth. transfer to a serving bowl and top with the blueberries. Yum!
