Almond Butter Ice Cream

I love nice cream (vegan ice cream made with bananas) but I absolutely LOVE this alternative created by Deliciously Ella. It is easy and so delicious. I use Souper Cubes 1 Cup Silicone Soup Freezer Molds to freeze the ice cream.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C Oat Milk

10 Medjool Dates

1 C Smooth Almond Butter

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a VitamiX. and blend until smooth. Pour into freezer-proof container and place in the freezer overnight. When ready to serve, remove form the freezer and let soften for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
