Super Simple Overnight Oats for Two
Super Simple Overnight Oats
1 C Oats
1 C Almond or oat milk
1/4 C Dates (chopped)
1 T Currants or rasins
1/2 t. Ground cinnamon
1/2 t. Chia seeds
Topping Options: Fresh fruit, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped nuts, dollop of almond butter
Sliced bananas, fresh berries, or other fruits (optional)
Stir together the oats, milk, currents, dates, chia seeds and cinnamon in a bowl or airtight container until everything is well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, enjoy the oats cold or heat it in the microwave. Add optional toppings before serving, if you wish. Serves 2!
