My Favorite Podcasts
Podcasts I Love
I am a big fan of podcasts. So much of my time driving, walking, or running is spent listening to one. I love that I can learn something new or hear an inspiring conversation while going about my day.
Below are a few of my favorites. I actually listen to quite a few podcasts, but these are the ones I return to regularly and highly recommend.
And please—send me your favorites! I am always looking for new ones to add to the rotation.
Deliciously Ella
Ella is an amazing mother, chef, author, and plant-based advocate. I also love that her husband played on the European Tour (my husband played on the PGA Tour for 14 years), so I feel an extra connection to her story.
She is incredibly authentic, and every episode feels thoughtful and uplifting.
Rich Roll
Like Ella, Rich is the real deal—no fluff, no BS.
I tend to gravitate toward people who are genuine, and Rich definitely is. He is also incredibly smart and consistently brings on guests who are doing interesting, meaningful things in the world.
Huberman Lab
https://www.hubermanlab.com/podcast
This podcast is science-based and always fascinating. Dr. Andrew Huberman does an incredible job explaining complex topics about health, sleep, brain function, and performance in ways that are actually understandable and useful.
Nutrition Facts with Dr. Greger
https://nutritionfacts.org/audio/
These episodes are short and packed with incredible information. Dr. Greger breaks down the latest research on nutrition and health in a very practical way.
It’s one of the easiest ways to learn something valuable in just a few minutes.
A Little Happier with Gretchen Rubin
https://gretchenrubin.com/podcasts/
I have four sisters whom I adore, so I especially love the sweet sisterly dynamic between Gretchen Rubin and Elizabeth Craft.
Listening to them feels a bit like sitting in on a smart, thoughtful conversation between sisters, and there is always a small takeaway that makes life a little better.
If you have a podcast you love, please share it with me—I’m always excited to discover something new.
And if you enjoy conversations about health, longevity, and building small daily habits that support a joyful life, those are many of the topics we explore inside my Blue Reboot community as well.
Because sometimes the best ideas for improving our health start with one good conversation—or one great podcast.
